Patients who are currently managing gum disease and are not eligible for the standard plan may qualify for the Periodontal Patients plan instead, which is structured specifically around ongoing periodontal maintenance care.

After your exam, you will pay the $450 annual fee to activate your membership. Your benefits, including your two included cleanings, exams, unlimited X-rays, and 15% discount on all dentistry, become available immediately.
